I just want to thank my colleague from Texas for coming up with such a great program for young people. Listening to her and her sense of optimism about the future, I think that is what we need to encourage with our young people. I was so pleased to see that the chairman of our committee also supports it. I would like to lend my support and urge the amendment's adoption.
