Well, I think you are pointing out another point as well tonight, and I appreciate your bringing it up, and that is that to some extent, I think to a large extent, this is just being done by the Republicans for political purposes because the election is a few weeks away. Because I think we have already heard pretty much from the other body, from the Senate, that they are not going to take this up. And so this is not a proposal that is likely to go anywhere, it is just going to be passed in the House so that Republicans can go back and say, oh, they did this and somehow benefit from it on election day.
