Let me explain. I am only claiming the time in opposition. I actually support the gentleman's amendment. In the interest of increasing transparency and public participation in the development of the President's climate plan, I believe that Mr. Bost's amendment actually is a good one. Speaking on behalf of the Energy and Commerce Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee, we support its adoption and would accept the amendment. Madam Chair, I yield back the balance of my time.
