Again, I urge my colleagues to support this bipartisan bill that, as I mentioned, unanimously passed out of the Energy and Commerce Committee last month. It is important. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to support the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.
