Let me say, Mr. Chair, again, the standards that have been established by the Department of Energy have broad support. The rule has broad support from all corners. I just don't understand how my Republican colleagues can say all of a sudden now that they are opposed to it. Mr. Chair, I ask my colleagues to oppose this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
