They would simply slash existing programs. They would end Medicare as we know it, and they would slash medical research.

Unfortunately, the debate of IPAB reminds me of the Base Realignment and Closure or BRAC process.

We should absolutely not, under any circumstances, seed legislative power to the executive branch.
