The gentlewoman is just talking about equal opportunity, and that is what it is all about. We want any kid regardless of where he or she is to be able to have the equal opportunity. They will not be able to unless we encourage some kind of standards and at the same time we improve the infrastructure. I want to thank both my colleagues for joining me and the gentlewoman from New York [Mrs. Lowey] before. We are going to continue pressing this education issue over the next few weeks and over this Congress.
