This amendment by the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Moulton) would basically add representatives of veterans service organizations to the Pain Management Best Practices Inter-Agency Task Force that we have discussed and that we support on a bipartisan basis. I urge support for Mr. Moulton's amendment. Mr. Chairman, I reserve the balance of my time.
