I think it is grossly unfair after they have depended upon that to say all of a sudden now the age is going to be higher. Because we know that in fact what is happening is that many people in that near elderly group, as you mentioned, are the very ones that do not have any health care coverage. A lot of the people that are in that near-elderly category that do not have health care coverage or insurance are women, because what happens a lot of times is that the spouse who is not working, for example, is not covered when there is a buyout or somebody gets laid off at that age, and there is a tremendous amount of people that are in that category that are women. What we want to do is look at the gaps that exist in Medicare and try to fill them.
