So the likely result is then of course, the other thing that I was going to say is that, and again following up on your point, is that the economy is good now. It is the best it has been for a while. If it were to turn around and not be so good, it would be even more difficult, it seems to me, to raise the revenue. You would have to have either higher tax increases to make up for this loss. So to me it makes no sense now when the economy is good and we are actually in a position to be generating a little bit of extra money. This is the time to put it back.
