Unfortunately, congressional intent has been obfuscated by delay tactics by branded manufacturers that have thwarted generic attempts.

These bills would help generics overcome the barrier of patent listing.

My predecessors--Congressman Dingell, Congressman Waxman--very much believed that generics will lower prices.
