EPA scrapped the sensible carbon reduction requirements in the Clean Power Plan and replaced it with a scam.

Unfortunately, when I look at the past year, it does not seem that EPA has come very far.

When EPA ignores science in its decision-making, we are essentially ensuring that Americans will be put in unnecessary danger.

This action is so bad, even the power industry opposes it.
