Absolutely. And the thing that disturbs me most about it, and I know that the gentleman is very knowledgeable about this, is that the fact of the matter is that every time the Republicans have come up with a proposal to deal with the prescription drug issue it has always been defensive. In the case of the House of Representatives, because the Democrats were out there with our proposal to bring prescription drugs under the rubric of Medicare and we had a proposal out there that was a very good one, and they tried to avoid it by coming up with this plan that essentially did not help anybody.
