Over the last few years, a litany of tragic failures have reinforced the need for strong pipeline safety standards. In 2011, another ExxonMobil pipeline ruptured in Montana, spilling crude oil into the Yellowstone River. The oil was carried hundreds of miles down the river, threatening the livelihoods of ranchers.…”
