But at least people, when they initially choose a plan, should have a choice that, if they want a point of service option so they can go outside the network, they can. That means they might have to pay a little more of a nominal fee; I do not have a problem with that. But there has to be some way so that people have the option of choosing a doctor if they are not satisfied with the doctor they have. That is the problem I think that so many people bring to my attention now that they do not have that choice anymore. It has been denied them.
