On July 20, 1999, a long and illustrious career will come to an end with the retirement of Mr. Robert A. Munyan, the Business Manager of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 1289 in Wall, NJ.

U.S. sanctions imposed on India last year have subsequently been relaxed, and I believe we should continue to work to preserve or re-start economic relations that have developed during this decade of major change.
