This legislation addresses some immediate and indeed some long-term needs and that is appropriate.

I did it for my own convenience.

We need to find a quick solution to a contract, to find a way to keep those experienced controllers from retiring.

This is the kind of thing that Congress and the Senate, through this FAA Reauthorization Bill, needs to jump on immediately.
