I say in response to the commentary of the Senator from Oklahoma, I talked of hundreds of thousands. If the Senator listened carefully, I talked about displacement, and I talked about movements. I did not talk about deaths. We can get the number of deaths from the records. I want to make sure that is clearly understood.
