Thank you for scheduling this hearing to consider the re-nomination of Dr. Allison Macfarlane to be Chairwoman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).

The IRS must be funded at a level that enables it to provide necessary taxpayer assistance and to enforce the laws.

Immigration is not a zero sum game. If we attract the best talent in the world to come to America, they will create jobs, not displace them.

I believe it is time for this subcommittee and others to give serious thought to the way the IRS is funded.
