Don't you think it is time for the Congress to close the gun show loophole, once and for all?

I think that if we want to keep the American people safe, we have to fund COPS at the level that we have suggested.

But I want to tell you, I am pleased that the President's budget included a substantial increase in funding for the COPS program.
