I agree with it fully. I read that editorial. I was in total agreement with their logic, coming from New Jersey where we had candidates who were recommended for the appeals court languish--nothing happening for months and months and months. The protests we hear now from our friends on the other side about the process are a bit shameless because we had a nominee from California, Mr. Paez, who waited, I believe, 1,500 days.
