no one would suggest that we shouldn't look for more efficient ways to do things with regard to the Superfund program. And there is always redress, unfortunately, to the court if one wants it. But the Superfund Program has been working: 87 sites a year, on average, were being cleaned up, up until the year 2000; over 800 sites in all. That is pretty darn good. We learned how to do it. The program is working. To deprive it now is really not what ought to be happening. I am sure citizens across this country would agree with us: More money, more cleanups. That is what we want out of the Superfund Program. I yield back whatever time remains.
