Do you think these loopholes in our explosives laws put Americans' safety in danger?

I am concerned that with our budget difficulties we will continue to see declining budgets for Defense Nuclear Non-Proliferation activities in favor of Weapons Activities.

The IRS must be funded at a level that enables it to provide necessary taxpayer assistance and to enforce the laws.
