We simply can't afford to ignore the lessons from past accidents and crashes.

Both agencies were crucial in helping New Jersey respond to and recover from Superstorm Sandy, and Congress must support them so that we are better prepared for future storms.

It is time that we give them the resources they need to keep us safe.
