I want to hear feelings of improvement, of moving forward.

I am deeply troubled with this budget. The Coast Guard does not have adequate funding to do everything we expect them to do.

Consumers care about intrusions into their private lives, not just from hackers or governmental entities, but also from commercial entities.

We also need to expand our research into climate change so we better understand the coming impacts, and how to mitigate them.
