It is interesting you brought that up. Today I spoke in front of the Building & Construction Trades Council. They have a program called Helmets to Hardhats, which is taking those veterans who are returning home and looking for an opportunity. And those opportunities aren't always there, but those building trades in New Jersey alone over the last 4 years have taken 500 veterans into their apprenticeship programs. So it is taking an existing program, giving not a handout, but just an opportunity to those vets. And they are some of the best apprentices that we have ever had, and it works extremely well.
