You bring up a good point. The one issue, the preapprentice program is giving an opportunity to those who might not normally look into it: Women, minorities, and those who haven't been exposed to the trades. And I think that is a great point. Do you want to be out there when it is in the middle of the summer? Do you want to be out there in the cold? So the preapprentice program exposes them to all the different crafts to see if this is what they want to do. It is a great opportunity to make it in America. I thank you for the time.
