Why wouldn't you include wages for those years of the apprenticeship? Why are you excluding that? Why would you not want them to know that?

Why would you want to change a program that has worked for a hundred years, that continues to work today?

Do you think having wage increases as part of those programs is a good idea or a bad idea?
