They call it a trade bill because they are trading jobs. You lose your good job that has a pension, benefits, and a good wage that can take care of your children, for a job, after you go through the wringer, that pays less than half. Yeah, we might have more jobs, but they are at the bottom end. They are not the kind that would help raise that. So this body, if we worked as hard as we are on this bill for a transportation and infrastructure bill, those are jobs that are here today and are for our future and make our country stronger.
