This is the kind of yahoo cowboy foreign policy that has mired us in Middle Eastern war after Middle Eastern war. With false bravado, we are saying we’re just going to go in there and kick ass.

At its core, it’s a bill that undermines the rights of young people who pour their blood, sweat, tears, countless hours of work and more, into their craft.

That is a lie. The reality is, they don't need Congress' beneficent actions to give them NIL rights, they've earned them in the courts.
