That is a lie. The reality is, they don't need Congress' beneficent actions to give them NIL rights, they've earned them in the courts.

Governor Sherrill is absolutely right the conduct described in the investigative report is totally unacceptable.

At its core, it’s a bill that undermines the rights of young people who pour their blood, sweat, tears, countless hours of work and more, into their craft.
