My mom would be so upset with me, my Aunt Marilyn, Butch, my Aunt Shirley, all the people that are your constituents and not mine, they would be upset with me if I didn't yield to you for a question while retaining the floor.

Why are you doing this? What is Donald Trump saying to you that is making you do something which is violating the decorum of this committee, the rules of this committee, the decency?
