We haven’t heard much from Rand Paul on pretty much anything that affects our lives. We’re dealing with the flood. We have experienced a tornado. We’re seeing the height of racial tension, this pandemic. And Rand Paul is never there. And so, even in this moment, no one expects to hear from him, which is why I’m going to replace him.
