It is unacceptable that our highest court has the lowest standards of accountability, and no one should hold immense, unchecked power for decades in the manner our Court currently operates.

The Senate does have things that our founders never imagined, like the fact that North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana have 10 senators and they have less population than Los Angeles County, and that’s really problematic,

The Committee has constitutional duties before it: to review the fitness of Mr. Blanche to lead the Department of Justice and to conduct regular oversight of the Department of Justice.

The totality of the evidence is staggering against Blanche’s nomination.
