In my capacity as the Senator from New Jersey, I ask unanimous consent that, notwithstanding the order of September 25, 2024, that when the Senate adjourns today, it next convene at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, and not convene at 1 p.m. on Tuesday as previously ordered, and that all other provisions of the September 25 order remain in effect.
