I appreciate that and I thank my colleague and friend. I appreciate your perspective on the proportionality issue. Who is going to pay? We are going to pay. Who is going to pay when the bill comes due? It is the working families. It is the most vulnerable. And let us not get so excited about a $30 billion increase when we recognize we have been under sequestration. What does that mean? I thank the gentleman for sharing his time with us.
