The importance of providing more housing in places Americans live and work and ensuring that there are roofs over their heads, of children and families, should be a central focus of this Congress.
So is our biggest problem a lack of housing, the variety of housing that we need?
I think that that is my question. What are you planning? Quantitatively, what would that mean differently than what you have been doing, and how would that be impacted if you were not given what you are asking for in resources?
