Thank you to our witnesses today for their testimonies, which provide an honest and sobering insight into the state of rail safety today in America.

I represent a densely populated district. And so, there is a heliport on one side of the district and New York City on the other.

I want to make sure that we are preparing for that information sharing to go both ways so that our ports have access to timely, actionable intelligence about cyber threats.
