I hope upon your confirmation that you will work on a revamped CRA rule that will deal with some of the challenges we have with minority, small and mid-sized business owners' lack of access to credit, a problem particularly evidenced in minority communities hit disproportionately hard by the pandemic.

These are often small businesses that provide a critical service who have struggled during the pandemic and are still struggling today.
