I look at the numbers, 168,000 homeowners who have received final 5-year loan modifications under the Administration's plan. It is a tiny fraction of 6 million people who are more than 60 days late on their loans.

The President requested the emergency supplemental funds for DHS in October of last year.
And so people are dying. They are dying on the battlefield. They are dying of hunger, and for some reason House Republicans cannot put a simple vote on the floor, and it is pretty outrageous.
