I am proud to have worked with my fellow members of this committee to pass the bipartisan FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, which contains many provisions that are aimed at addressing our aviation workforce needs.

I thank the FAA for their participation in this workshop. I look forward to continuing to work with you on putting an end to this problem.

I want to make sure that we are preparing for that information sharing to go both ways so that our ports have access to timely, actionable intelligence about cyber threats.

These are often small businesses that provide a critical service who have struggled during the pandemic and are still struggling today.
