It seems to me that after hearing the testimony, it should be clear that there is a great deal the Government can do beyond what we are--where we are at to help foreclosures by keeping people in their homes with mortgage modifications, refinancing, by reducing the huge numbers of foreclosed property for sale that are reducing home values, and by dealing effectively with restoring vacant homes that are blighting neighborhoods.
