As Members of Congress, we have a legal right to conduct oversight at any DHS facility without prior notice, as we have already done twice this year.

I am proud to have worked with my fellow members of this committee to pass the bipartisan FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, which contains many provisions that are aimed at addressing our aviation workforce needs.

I thank the FAA for their participation in this workshop. I look forward to continuing to work with you on putting an end to this problem.

We have to be a good partner here at the Federal level to ensure that we provide those resources to get those EV charging stations and infrastructure into all types of communities.
