This is funding Democrats passed to close the tax gap and reduce the deficit.
Over and over, we have seen our economy held hostage over a budget shortfall the other side caused in the first place.
I look at this hearing as a kind of smokescreen, a cover-up for the majority's extremist agenda to gut Social Security.
We are talking about real people and real families.
