Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it does. I've listened to these words. ``Empty'' and ``pyrrhic'' come to my mind. How in God's name can you speak across the floor to the people on this side and imply that the President is guilty of thievery or theft when, from 2001 to now, here's the record--and I'll wait if you want to interject. Please stand and say ``you're wrong'': 2001, tax cuts, not paid for; 2003, tax cuts, not paid for.
