Flooding is a recurring problem in my State, with severe consequences for communities in the Passaic River Basin.

And I am not giving up because if we don't do that we continue to send the wrong message to the taxpayers.

I hope the committee will honor my request for an Army Corps study on how they can help make the raceway system operable...
