When this President raised his hand, we were losing 750,000 jobs a year, number one; and, number two, we had a deficit beyond belief, Madam Chairman. And for us to compare, you must believe in fairy tales. Now, if you want to talk about a budget that's in balance, we can do that; but if we continue on this path and not recognize history, we will never come to balance. Let's be honest.
