I am mainly concerned about this piece of legislation because you have determined--you have defined--a nonexistent problem while applying a less consumer friendly standard. That is my position. What I brought up here is part of the mix. It is putting it in context as to what has happened. The consequences of what has happened are higher prices for us--for you and me--and I know you are concerned about that.
