I agree to some degree with my brother from Pennsylvania, Mr. Kelly, that the law and your heart are two different things.

So I am proud of our efforts to make big business and rich tax cheats finally pay their fair share. What the heck is wrong with that? And we have made progress.

And I am not giving up because if we don't do that we continue to send the wrong message to the taxpayers.
