Despite the rhetoric, the majority is yet to propose a replacement that will cover all of the people they want to throw off the health care rolls. And they continue to ignore the number one priority of the American people: creating jobs. A week after the Fourth of July, Madam Speaker, I urge my colleagues to defeat this motion and let the House vote on a patriotic American bill that will create jobs right here.
